Quick Meal Monday 4/19
I am getting a head start on posting my Monday meal. If I don't start early I won't get it done! Today I decided to make pasta and meatballs.
I used:
1 Box Barilla Piccolini Pasta ($0.55/1 3/7S)
1 Bottle Classic Vodka Sauce (Buy 2 Jars of Classico Sauce get $1.50 off Fresh Beef 3/14 S)
Stove Top stuffing Mix ($1/2 Printable)
Preheat Oven to 450
MeatBalls
1.5lbs Ground Sirloin
1 Pack Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Chicken Flavor
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Mix All Ingredients and Roll into Meatballs
Bake in Oven 20 Minutes or until juices run clear
Boil Pasta According to Directions On Box
Drain
Mix Sauce, Pasta, and Meatballs
