Okay so I know I am a day late and a dollar short when posting about the Target mobile coupons.  Most of you have already read about them on other blogs.  Well, the reason I am mentioning them is because I am such a loser...LOL  I did not sign up for them because I thought you needed internet on your phone...I don't have internet on my phone.  Thankfully, my friends are smarter than me!  I have a couple of friends that said "What the heck!  I am going to sign up anyways!
