KROGER CART BUSTING EVENT?!?

So I was on HCW and there is all kinds of chatter about a sale that is coming to Kroger.  I am not sure when it starts in what areas.  I know it will repeat for two weeks.  Have any of you heard of this?  Here is a list of items that might be included in the sale.  Print any coupons you can on these items because they will reset on 3/1 and you will be able to get them again!!!  This is going to be great for the P&G Rebate!!
