Plato's Closet
Have you ever heard of Plato's Closet? They are a store that sells "gently" used name brand clothes. Its especially made for teens and it is very clean, smells wonderful, and they ONLY take gently-used clothing that are from the past year or two. They even separate the clothing so that way they don't get bunched with other brands. At our Plato's they always have a good selection of HCO, A&F, AE, and Aero.
There is a gigantic difference in price. If you see a $40 hoodie at HCO, they'll have a similar or the same hoodie there if in stock for only $15-$20. Less if you are lucky.
