Quick Meal Monday 11/2
I have not posted a quick meal Monday in a few weeks. Bibi requested that I start again so here goes. Today I made some marinated chicken. I put it to marinate during the day and just took it out and cooked it in a little bit of olive oil when I came home. I served it with some of the freebies from Krogers (potatoes and veggies)
I used 4 boneless skinless chicken breast.
Here is how I marinated it:
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Reduced Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke (I love this stuff)
2 Tablespoons Brown Mustard
1/3 Cup Red or White Wine Vinegar
Garlic Powder to taste
